Polymaker Fiberon PETG-ESD Filament

Fiberon™ PETG-ESD is an electrostatic discharge-safe filament engineered for use in environments where static control is critical. Designed with carbon nanotube reinforcement, it offers a balance of excellent toughness, chemical resistance, and consistent ESD protection, making it ideal for electronics housings, tooling fixtures, sensor mounts, and other sensitive applications.

Printing Settings

Nozzle Temperature: 250 °C – 290 °C

Bed Temperature: 70 °C – 80 °C

Printing Speed: Up to 500 mm/s

Cooling Fan: OFF

Retraction Settings:

Direct Drive:
 • Retraction Distance: 1 mm
 • Retraction Speed: 20 mm/s

Indirect (Bowden) Drive:
 • Retraction Distance: 3 mm
 • Retraction Speed: 40 mm/s

Drying Settings

Standard Oven: 65 °C for 3 hours

PolyDryer™: Level 3 for 6 hours

Do I need to use the cooling fan with Fiberon™ PETG?

It depends on your print priorities:

✅ For maximum strength and layer adhesion:
 Turn OFF the part cooling fan.

✅ For a high-quality surface finish:
 Turn ON the fan (typically at 100%).

🔧 Recommended compromise:
Set the part cooling fan to 20% to achieve a balance between mechanical strength and visual quality.
