PolyTerra™️ PLA is a bioplastic 3D printing filament thoughtfully designed from the ground up to deliver the next generation of PLA, offering improved ease of use, enhanced print quality, faster printing speeds, and greater reliability.
Is PolyTerra™ PLA biodegradable? The short answer is: not in the sense that it will break down if simply discarded outdoors. PolyTerra™ PLA requires specific conditions, such as those found in industrial composting facilities, to properly degrade.
We have developed a formula that breaks down faster than regular PLA while maintaining excellent print quality. This advancement represents an important step forward in improving the end-of-life impact of PLA within our industry.
