Is PolyTerra™ PLA biodegradable?
The short answer is no — it will not break down simply by being discarded outdoors. PolyTerra™ PLA requires specific conditions, such as those found in industrial composting facilities, to properly degrade.

We have developed a formula that degrades faster than regular PLA while maintaining excellent printability, representing a meaningful step forward in improving the end-of-life impact of PLA in our industry.
