Hello there! We're excited for you to start creating with PolyLite™ PLA. We designed this filament to be incredibly reliable and easy to use, so you can focus on bringing your amazing ideas to life with fewer hassles.
Say Goodbye to Jams with Jam-Free™ Technology! 👋
Ever had a print fail because the filament got stuck in the hot end? It's a common issue called "heat creep," where heat spreads up from the nozzle and softens the filament before it's supposed to, causing a jam.
Our special Polymaker Jam-Free™ Technology is designed to prevent this! We've boosted the filament's heat resistance from the standard 60°C all the way up to 140°C. This ensures that the filament stays solid until the very last moment, giving you a smooth, consistent flow and a much more reliable printing experience.
Please note: While the filament itself is more heat resistant to prevent jamming, your finished printed part will have the same heat resistance as standard PLA, which is around 60°C.
Your Guide to Perfect Prints 🚀
Here are our recommended settings to get you started. Remember, every printer is a little different, so feel free to use these as a great starting point and adjust them to get your perfect print!

Drying Your Filament
Has your filament been out for a while and maybe absorbed some moisture from the air? No problem! To restore it to perfect condition, just dry it at 55°C for 6 hours.
Just How Strong Is It? 💪
PolyLite™ PLA is made from a high-quality PLA resin from Natureworks, making it one of the most rigid and stiff PLA materials you can find. This means your prints will be sturdy, strong, and hold their shape beautifully.
If you love diving into the technical specs, you can check out the Technical Data Sheet (TDS) on our website. There you can compare its Young's modulus and bending strength to other materials and see the data for yourself!
